Ather Zaheer Rizvi is a seasoned Senior Executive Director in Corporate and International Laws. With over 25 years of experience in corporate advisory, investment banking, and corporate planning, he has worked in various jurisdictions including Asia, Middle East, UK, USA, and the Far East.
Mr. Rizvi is a lawyer by profession and has practiced as an Advocate at the High Court of Sindh. He has been involved in the banking industry through a leading corporate law firm and has played a pivotal role in drafting regulatory procedures including prudential regulation for banks. He has also worked with commercial banks, including Islamic banks, in various capacities such as Company Secretary, Head of Legal, and Head of Regulatory Compliance. His last held position was Executive Vice President (EVP).
Apart from his corporate experience, Mr. Rizvi has also served as an Advisor to the Government of Pakistan in the Privatization Commission and has assisted in the privatization of several government entities. His diverse experience has given him an in-depth understanding of the legal and regulatory framework of the corporate and banking sector.

He is known for his expertise in structuring cross-border transactions and has advised on numerous mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and public offerings.
